This bill, the Transform, Heal, and Renew by Investing in a Vibrant Economy Act, establishes a program to address the economy, racial justice, and climate change. It calls for the President to establish a board with which to develop and implement a plan for enabling and supporting greater racial, Indigenous, gender, environmental, and economic justice, work opportunities, healthy communities, a stable climate, and healthy ecosystems.
