This platform for BARHII's COVID-19 Impact Area presents a COVID-19 strategy and Investment Plan to help public health departments and local governments respond to COVID-19 equitably and in a manner that reduces disparities amongst our most vulnerable communities. It introduces what a rolling recovery is and provides a compilation of resources to help COVID recovery efforts, including a local policy and investment guide, strategies for workplace safety, and documents with key considerations regarding mental health, physical health, housing stability, and more.
