This analysis maps, categorizes, and assesses news coverage about declarations of racism as a public health crisis from across the country, focusing on how community voices and perspectives appeared. It also includes an examination of how proponents of the declarations are framing their work and recommendations derived from government representatives and CBOs on how to authentically center community in political processes.
