This resource outlines the findings from two national surveys conducted by the Alzheimer's Association. These surveys showed racial disparities in access to Alzheimer's and dementia care and discrimination in dementia health care by race. The implications of these findings and methods for improving equity in Alzheimer's and dementia care are also discussed.
