A comprehensive self-assessment tool for EHDI (early hearing detection intervention) and EHR interoperability, including questions on workflow, policies, infrastructure, and data standards. This resource has an appendix with technical questions and could easily be adapted to assess interoperability for other public health programs and EHRs.
