Farmworkers and domestic workers don't have the same rights as other workers. For example, they don't get overtime pay. Congress would need to pass a bill to give more labor rights to these workers. One proposed bill is a Domestic Workers Bill of Rights. Another one is the Fairness for Farmworkers Act.
