This model policy is intended for colleges and universities, and lays out findings and intent regarding smoke and tobacco exposure, smoking and smoking-related definitions, declaration of prohibiting the use, promotion, and sale of smoking and tobacco products, dissemination of policy, transition period, and enforcement of policy.
