This report explains the role of broadband internet service on health and equity, explores systemic barriers that limit its adoption and use, and introduces market and policy reforms to overcome those barriers. It also proposes promising points of intervention for addressing inequities in the current broadband sector, using case studies to offer locally specific evidence.
