The Johns Hopkins Disability Health Research Center is working to shift the paradigm from ‘living with a disability’ to ‘thriving with a disability’ and maximize the health, equity, and participation of people with disabilities. The goals are to develop evidence to address disability inequities, create approaches to reduce disability inequities, establish policies to reduce disability inequities, and train the next generation of disability health leaders.
