Collective bargaining is when workers can come together to ask for things like decent pay, hours, and benefits. Workers usually create a union to negotiate. This gives workers more power to work things out with their employer. Some employers threaten these rights by punishing workers. The National Labor Relations Act protects collective bargaining rights. But there should be stronger rules in place.
